Mexacanthina, common name the unicorn snails, is a genus of small predatory sea snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Muricidae, the murex snails or rock snails. These snails live in the intertidal zone.

Mexicanthina lugubris eats barnacles (Chthamalus fissus).
