Info

Oxynoe jordani Krug, Berriman & Valdés, 2018

Oxynoe jordani has a fragile bubble-shaped shell which is partially enclosed by parapodial flaps. It is characterized by its large papillae and by its olive green colour, with large bright blue spots, which have often a minute dark blue/black spot in the middle (ocelli).

This species feed on Caulerpa taxifolia.

Although similar to Oxynoe viridis, the two can be quickly distinguished by the black dots in the blue spots on Oxynoe jordani.
