Ercolania felina (F. W. Hutton, 1882)

Ercolania felina is a minute black sap-sucking sea slug. It is a small black sacoglossan, with a paler coloured foot and a translucent white band running forward from each eye.

Feeds on the filamentous green alga Chaetomorpha aerea.

Endemic to New Zealand
