Die gelbe S. elegans ist kann grünlich schimmern. Diese Variante ist immer grün. Der Grünton ist von den Gegebenheiten abhängig. Auch die Polypen können bei viel Licht und wenig Nährstoffen fast weiß schimmern.

Ich habe diese Lederkoralle schon min. 11 Jahre im Becken. Sie wächst sehr langsam und Ableger sind selten

Je nach Nährstoffkonzentrationen (sehr niedrig!) sowie Lichtfarbe, -stärke und -einfall sehen/schimmern meine S. elegans (?) ebenfalls grünlich aus.
