Dictyota sp., eine Braunalge. Hat großes Potential in Korallenbecken zur Plage zu werden, da sie sich durch Fragmentation vermehren kann und auch gerne Korallen überwächst.

Dazu kommt, dass nur wenige Fische sie fressen. In reinen Fisch- oder Algenbecken ansonsten schön anzusehen. Erfahrungsgemäß helfen bei Problemen manche Seehasen und Siganidae (relativ sichere Kandidaten sind meiner eigenen Erfahrung nach Siganus virgatus und S. doliatus).

Meine 2 Actaeodes tomentosus - Rundkrabbe fressen die fürs Leben gern.
Hab diese Alge mit LG eingeschleppt und wenn man nicht aufpasst, kann sie Überhand nehmen. Die Fragmente machen sich mit Vorliebe an der Strömungspumpe fest, wo sie dann sehr gut gedeien.
