Pelagella castanea (Alder & Hancock, 1845)
The body of this nudibranch is red-brown in colour and the dorsum is covered with white flecks. Pelagella castanea feeds on ascidians genus Botryllus and Botrylloides, including Ascidia mentula, Botryllus schlosseri and Botrylloides leachi.
Similar to Okenia nodosa, which, however, is white and not chestnut brown.
