Chrysoblephus cristiceps (Valenciennes, 1830)

Steep pointed head, red-golden sheen over the gill cover and blue mark under the eye, dark spot at the end of the dorsal fin.

Chrysoblephus cristiceps feeds on crustaceans, mollusks, worms, and small fishes.
