Info

Gill, Erdmann & Allen, 2009

The fish were seen solitarily under large Xestospongia barrel sponges,
other surrounding benthos were primarily gorgonian seafans and
low-growing hardcorals and coral rubble.

The fish were extremely shy and retiring and disappeared immediately
under barresponges when appoached by the second author.
